Caravan Chassis Repair
We all love our favorite holiday bach on wheels but if you look underneath you may find things not so lovely. We’ve found many caravan chassis from 60′s – 70′s are not quite coping with today’s larger families. With all the extra water toys and gear we insisting on taking away the weight can put a lot of stress on the chassis and the drawbar.
WHAT WE CAN DO:
Chassis Replacement
We’ll strip the old chassis leaving only the floors cross members for support, we’ll build a new durogalv frame including strong-back and drawbar to fully strengthen and extend the life of your beloved caravan for the next generation.
Brake Upgrade
Brakes are upgraded with the new hydraulic damper coupling making it a pleasure to drive and a life saver at those urgent stops. Older durotorque axle’s can be replaced with a new axle along with new rubber’s to really work the suspension and easing the load on the tyres over those bumps.
Rust Repairs
